Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1. Introduction

Agendador IA ("we", "our", "the Service") is an AI-powered appointment scheduling platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register.

Business Information: Business name, phone number, services offered, work hours, and appointment data.

Customer Data: Names and phone numbers of your clients, collected through WhatsApp conversations for scheduling purposes.

Google Calendar Data: When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar to create, read, and manage appointment events. We request the calendar.events scope, which limits access to calendar events only — we cannot modify or delete your calendars.

Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between your WhatsApp number and your clients for AI-assisted scheduling.

Usage Data: API usage logs, including AI model interactions, for billing and service monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the scheduling service
  • Process appointment bookings via WhatsApp and sync them to Google Calendar
  • Power AI-assisted conversations for appointment management
  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Monitor service usage and calculate billing
  • Improve and maintain the Service

4. Google User Data

Agendador IA connects to your Google Calendar to create, read, and manage appointment events on your behalf. This is the only Google data we access. We do not use your data for advertising, and you can disconnect at any time from your account settings or from your Google Account Permissions.

Your WhatsApp conversations are processed by AI to understand scheduling requests and manage bookings automatically.

Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we:

  • Only access Google Calendar data necessary to create, read, and manage appointments
  • Do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to operate the Service
  • Do not use Google user data for advertising purposes
  • Do not allow humans to read Google user data, unless with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or as required by law
  • Allow you to disconnect your Google account at any time through the Settings page, which revokes our access

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI Service Providers: We use OpenAI to process conversation data for intelligent scheduling. Conversation content is sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
  • Google: Calendar event data is synced with Google Calendar when you connect your account.
  • WhatsApp/Meta: Messages are sent and received through WhatsApp's messaging platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. API usage logs are automatically purged after 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls. Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and data
  • Disconnect third-party integrations (Google Calendar, WhatsApp) at any time
  • Revoke Google access via Google Account Permissions
