By accessing or using Agendador IA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Agendador IA is an AI-powered appointment scheduling platform that integrates with WhatsApp and Google Calendar. The Service provides automated client communication, appointment booking, calendar synchronization, and business management tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before processing their data through the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content through the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

You may connect or disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including business information, customer data, and appointment records. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate responses to customer messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and overseeing the automated interactions conducted on your behalf.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed appointments, lost revenue, or errors in AI-generated communications.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
